This notice explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. It is short because this site does very little with your data.

What we collect
Only what you choose to type into the contact form:
- The type of enquiry you select
- Your name
- Your company, if you give one
- Your role, if you give one
- Your work email address
- The countries involved, if you give them
- The message you write
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.
Why we hold it, and on what basis
We use what you send solely to reply to you and, if the conversation continues, to discuss working together. We do not use it for marketing lists, and we do not sell or share it with anyone for their own purposes.
Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services, and where you are asking us to quote or scope work, taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
Who else sees it
The contact form is processed by Formspree, Inc., based in the United States, which passes your message to us by email. Our email provider, Google Workspace, and our hosting provider, Cloudflare, necessarily handle the message in the course of delivering and storing it. These providers act on our instructions and do not use your information for their own purposes.
Because Formspree and Google are United States companies, your message may be transferred internationally. Where required, those transfers rely on the safeguards in our agreement with them.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third party, so loading this site does not disclose your visit to anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as we need it to respond to you and to pursue any engagement that follows. We review what we hold from time to time and delete what is no longer needed for that purpose. Where an enquiry becomes a client engagement, we keep the records for as long as our professional and tax obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our holding it. Email hello@puentenova.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the data protection or privacy authority in your jurisdiction, where applicable.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
