Experience behind the work

Puente Nova draws on decades of operating experience across technology, finance, international institutions, and private enterprise — including market development, regional operations, institutional partnerships, venture building, and complex execution across multiple countries.

The firm is led by Dr. Max Bunmi Banjo, an organizational psychologist and systems builder who has spent her career turning complex, large-scale strategy into working operations. Her work includes conceiving and building Google's foundational digital-skills training architecture across 27 countries, leading cross-border operations for major financial institutions, founding Kuvora, and advising UNESCO on global AI principles.
